How Does Distant Healing Work?

The efficacy of distant practices are being studied by institutions such as the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and Quantum Physicists are beginning to discover why distant healing, also referred to as absentee or remote healing, works. Michael Talbot writes in “Holographic Universe”, “In 1982 a remarkable event took place. At the University of Paris a research team led by physicist Alain Aspect performed what may turn out to be one of the most important experiments of the 20th century.” “Aspect and his team discovered that under certain circumstances subatomic particles such as electrons are able to instantaneously communicate with each other regardless of the distance separating them. It doesn't matter whether they are 10 feet or 10 billion miles apart. In more modern times many modalities of distant healing are being recognized and practiced in the West."

Quantum-Touch was studied by C. Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D., Founding President of the American Holistic Medical Association. Through his study of many "world class healers" he was able to validate the efficacy of distant healing. When he observed Richard Gordon (founder of Quantum-Touch) run energy at a distance, he discovered that Quantum-Touch has the ability to affect brainwave patterns at a distance, in the same way that he observed "world class healers" do it.
